Threshold Studio is my solo-run yoga studio, officially launched in April 2026. I completed my training through YogaRenew in 2024 and am registered with Yoga Alliance. My practice is focused on emphasizing mobility, breathwork, and meditation. Because I also train in physically demanding activities, I'm especially interested in yoga for athletes and recovery-based practices. I'm currently continuing studies in areas such as Yin and restorative yoga as well as Ayurveda. I approach yoga as a tool for recovery, balance, and building sustainable strength in the body.
